OUR HISTORY
Jaymec Constructions - A Family Business
Jaymec Constructions was founded by John Mechielsen in 1983 and quickly established himself as a sought after custom builder with an attention to detail and reputation for a quality finish.
His team has since expanded to include his sons, and has grown from strength to strength, mostly from word of mouth and consistent repeat clients in new home builds and renovations.
Jaymec Constructions, in conjunction with JMV Property Group Victoria is now a family owned business providing custom single builds for clients and specialist development in townhouses and subdivisions in the Dandenong Ranges and Eastern Melbourne.
